CSA Membership Agreement

The NWPA Growers agree to plant, grow, harvest, and deliver the fresh produce paid for by the consumer.

The Consumer agrees to pay according to their designated schedule, and to  pick up weekly produce shares at the agreed-upon time and location. If the Consumer does not pick up produce, and does not designate another person to pick up in his/her stead, NWPA Growers Co-op may donate the produce to a local Food Cupboard or other community food program if not contacted by the consumer.

The Growers and Consumers share the risks of planting, growing, and harvesting the CSA crops. It is possible that  crops will wholly or partially fail due to weather conditions or other natural disasters.  The growers agree to do their best to provide abundant shares for the CSA members using only natural/organic growing methods with the  addition of love and good faith.
