 Please be sure that you have read the ‘Winter Market Information’ page before submitting your application. After you are familiar with key information ,such as time, date, and location of pickup, please fill out all required information and mail the completed form with a  check for $18.00  (made out to ‘NWPA Growers)  to:

 Upon receipt of your application and check, your name will be added to the membership list and you will receive a Welcome to Winter Market email containing further information concerning participation in the Winter Market.

 “I have read the Winter Market Information page.  I understand that I am responsible for picking up and paying for my order at the designated time and location.  If I do not pick up my order I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the Winter Market Manager to make arrangements to claim my order, and that I will be held responsible for payment.
