Zucchini Cheese Bake

ZUCCHINI CHEESE BAKE

 
4 eggs
olive oil   
prepared baking mix (Bisquick)
diced onion
grated cheese
oregano
parsley
garlic
shredded zucchini
 
Beat eggs.  Add all other ingredients.  Mix together and dump into an 8 X 8 baking pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
