Sauteed Balsamic Peppers


  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 4 peppers, different colors, seeded, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar


  1. In your largest pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and peppers, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  3. Cook and stir for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and drizzle with vinegar.
