Winter/Spring CSA Week 9
Mother Nature has sure played a dirty trick on us! We were just getting used to the nice temps when BAM deep freeze. The cold spurt has prolonged our maple season, though, and we're getting ready for another run of sap this week. The weather hasn't stopped your farmers from starting seeds for spring and early summer plantings. Here are some tomatoes from Sweetwater Farm, one of our new growers.
